About My Practice

At the Law Offices of Hoyt S. Minkoff we practice only immigration
law.  We understand the excitement and anxiety everyone feels when
they have to face the U.S. Government to process their immigration
applications or the fear and uncertainty when a client receives a notice
to appear for a removal hearing.  We strive to make the immigration
process as smooth and stress free as possible by personally educating
our clients on how the process works and what to expect.  I personally
meet with every client from the first intake to the final resolution of
the case and I evaluate the legal issues in each and every case. Most
importantly, I make myself available to provide continued legal support
and to personally answer all of our client's immigration questions in a
timely manner.
